As per Mr. Laval; Imagine – emails that recognize they’ve been forgotten or are urgent, or appear before you jump on the plane! Kwaga has created the technology and product hooks to deliver smarter emails at the right time and in the right place, whether at your desk or running around in the field.
Mr. Laval, founded Kwaga (the parent Company) two years ago with a simple idea in mind: help email users truly benefit from business data nested in the messages they receive. To do so, he leveraged the experience he has in semantic technologies and actually strengthen it with a team of NLP (natural language processing) experts who have been enthusiastic about the idea. Kwaga is now 10 people fully dedicated to make the email the productivity tool it once used to be.
Our flagship service WriteThat.name automatically updates your address book based on the information contained in the messages received, Basically it recognizes the signatures in the email you receive and either we create the contact when it isn’t in your address book or we update the existing one with a new mobile number, for instance.
The service is just celebrating its first anniversary: over 100 millions emails analyzed and over 1,5 millions contacts created/updated for our users!
WriteThat.name is working with Gmail/Google Apps/ Outlook/Lotus Notes and is available in a freemium version, a premium version and provides coporate plans as well.
Never miss a contact’s new phone number or job title again! WriteThat.Name monitors these changes for you and updates your address book accordingly. Using semantic technology, we identify the meaningful nuggets nested in the signatures of your incoming emails and automatically update your address book with new contact details.
WriteThat.name has been created by email intensive users: we know you can have many addresses and therefore it is possible to concentrate the updates from up to XX email addresses to one single address book. Icing on the cake: if you synch your inbox/address book on your mobile, you’ll benefit from your perfect address book while on the move!
WriteThat.name turns out to be pretty addictive. That’s probably the reason why our users have asked us for a feature that would browse their past emails to harvest the contacts they hold. We have therefore created HistoRecall, a feature that will analyse the emails you received in the 12 months preceding your subscription.
Because a nice up-to-date address book makes a lot of sense when talking about sales and marketing activities, Kwaga has already released / is currently working on connectors to major CRM solutions. The Highrise connector is already available and the Salesforce one is on its way.
